SYSTEM ERROR: I/O error <n> in <readit>, ret <n> file <n>, addr <n>. (290)
CAUSE:
There is a symbolic link to a directory on another files system that lacks the necessary disk space for the .srt file.
FIX:
Remove symbolic link and make sure the .srt file is being created on a disk with enough disk space.
