FIX:
Conversion utilities are only for major release changes. The proserve command will automatically convert a Database when doing a minor release change. Perform the following steps to migrate a Progress Database from version 9.0x to version 9.1x on the same platform:
1- Shutdown the Database by issuing the proshut command from version 9.0x
2- Truncate the Database BI file using the 9.0x proutil command
3- Install the newer version by running the Progress 9.1x installation program
4- Start/Convert the Database by issuing the proserve command in 9.1x
